Today my little girl is 5 years old. I can’t remember my life without her. She started it all for me. If you’ve read my “About AG” section, you know that I affectionally call her my “favorite mistake”. I got her from a pet store before I knew anything about puppymills and their connection to pet stores. I was a well educated woman and I still didn’t know, so I’ve made it my life’s mission to educate other people so that they don’t support that horrific industry.
Anyway…back to Zoey…She’s my girl. My first dog ever. She makes me laugh and gives me kisses and cuddles when I’m down. I always liked animals and pets, but I had no idea the powerful effect of owning a dog. So happy birthday Miss Zoey Anne Marie…my Zoester, Zoey-girl, Snowflake, Missy, Babycakes, Zoesterilla, my heart.
