My little man is four today! He was my first rescue dog and it was such a rewarding experience! He was found wandering around the parking lot at Nebraska Furniture Mart in Omaha, NE. and was taken to the Nebraska Humane Society. I just happened to look on their website one day and left work early so that we could go see him. We got there five minutes before another girl who wanted to get him and to this day I know it was meant to be. We were worried that Zoey may not like him, and at first she put up a fight, but now they are forever siblings and friends.
Leroy is such a chill little boy! He loves giving kisses and taking walks. He’s very vocal when he plays and is the “groomer” of the family…licking everyone’s eyes and ears (even Mom and Dad’s)! Don’t be fooled by this little boy though, he’s a lover. In fact we’ve often said that he’s a lover, not a thinker! He knew before any of us did that I was pregnant…he was such a Mommy-stalker for a week before we found out and hasn’t left my side since! He’s my Mister, my Bubby, Bubbert, Bubby Ganoush, Leroy Jose Miguel, Josie, Slim, Leroy Man. Happy Birthday my baby boy!

We now call him Mr. Squishy.
I am not a chihuahua fan, but I have to admit this dog is cute.
Thanks Puna. He is a blessing. Early on in his life he had it pretty rough as he was a frail little stray found in a parking lot. Now he is such a happy boy.
