I don’t think that that is even hand-crocheted! You might want to check out the crochet forums at ravelry or craftster. I’ll bet you can find someone to hand make you a duplicate for less than $50. There’s tons of people there into amigurumi & it doesn’t take too long to make something like that. It is cute, though.
