A BIG thank you to all the volunteers at S.T.A.F.F in Laurie, MO. for the amazing work they do to rescue animals. We had such a rewarding experience rescuing Stella. I especially want to extend my gratitude to the manager, Dawn Ely, who answered a lot of my questions and so selflessly devotes her time to the cause of rescuing. I also want to specially thank Joan Willcott, who brought Stella from Laurie, MO. to Kansas City to meet us halfway. People like Dawn and Joan do God’s work in my opinion. Pets give us such joy and unconditional love…they deserve to have wonderful lives and forever homes.
