We had so much fun on Saturday with Stella! The Nebraska Italian Greyhound Rescue sponsored a meet-up at the Nebraska Humane Society in Omaha and it was crawling with Italian Greyhounds! It’s funny to me how dogs seem to know their own breed. Stella’s tail was wagging up a storm!

It was fun to meet other Italian Greyhound parents and hear the stories of their rescue IGs. Some of these poor babies had a pretty rough start to life before being rescued and it was great to hear that there were happy endings. The volunteers and foster parents associated with the Nebraska Italian Greyhound Rescue do amazing work. They are always in need of great foster homes, and funds to help support the cause. Just look at all these gorgeous IG faces!

As you can see, Stella had a great time! It was so fun to see her interact with the other dogs and she was definitely in her element today!
